Benefits to riding and training at the Lazy "D" Riding School
Showing, Playdays, Gymkanas:
When you are ready to show Karen will help you prepare and train for your shows.  If she
is already going to the show then there is no charge for help and advice at the show.
You may also use one of the riding school horses.  Once again if we are already going to
the show there is no charge for the time at the show.  You will be responsible for your entry
fee's, horse fee (or part if you are sharing a horse, this is usually a one time fee of about
$15)  .
If you are using your own horse and need us to trailer your horse there is a $25 trailering
fee.
Buying A Horse:
When you are ready to buy a horse, either your first horse or another one we provide you
with the extra help and advice so you purchase the right horse.  There is no charge unless
we drive to a location to look at a horse with you, we ask that you pay for our gas.
Boarding:
Exclusively for our most dedicated students.  We are in the process of planning to turn the
school into a private boarding facility.  This means only students that are taking lessons at
least once a week and are dedicated to the art of equitation and excludes people obsessed
with trail riding.  There will be rules and restriction to follow.  Examples are: only the
student/owner can ride the horse on the riding school property, limited to riding school
hours of operation etc.  If you have any questions contact Karen.
